21. LIFE
Still after many a chapter
this inverted book goes on
telling only about
the end of the story.
22. SOLITUDE
At the age of creation,
in a tiny area
between the continents,
God created the ocean.
From that strange deep
without tides and fishes,
came solitude crawling.
23. BUILDINGS
Are the seeds of buildings
am I sowing
in the fields of the soul?
24. WOUNDS
When you wash me
for the last
you wouldn’t see
a single spot
that had not been
inflicted with wounds.
25. DRY LEAVES
Why do the dry leaves
often follow some distance
the anonymous vehicles
speeding forth on a long journey?
26.THE INVISIBLE
Unreasonable punishments
and insults.
they are invisible beasts
dwelling on the earth.
In fact, they are coming back
to retrieve something
that was left forgotten.
27. HOME
I will set off going home
and will come back
seeing a house
without windows and doors.
Yes,I will come back
to sleep embracing you
in a lonely celler faraway.
28. THE CHILD
Taking me in hands
and then leaving me all alone,
you disappeared.
An old man as I am,
but still like a child
I go on crying among
a myriad of beasts.
29. HELPLESSNESS
Despite the time abundant,
I returned without saying
what had to be said.
You didn’t listen to me either
for you hadn’t have the time enough !
30. TAKE ME ALSO WITH YOU
Oh god,
One day I will find out
The space and time
Where you hide yourself
And I will ask you
For whatever on earth
Had everything been?
Don't you enchant me
With plucking flowers for me.
I will go on annoying you
Till you answer me.
31. THE TRUTH
What is the real light?
The light itself or the darkness?
What is the real life?
Liveliness itself or a dream?
I will know it
When you come
opening the door of life.
32. THE FULLSTOP
Is the sign of fullstop
in pursuit of me
or am I on pursuit of it?
The solitude of waiting
for the words
to get terminated.
What would it be longing
to say to the prayer of the soul!
33. ONE DAY
Washed and dried in pain,
one day you will redeem me.
Everything about which I shed tears
would become null and void.
Setting my head free
from the burdens of
the boundless time
you will lay me down.
And I would seek solace
on the summit of
Your infinity.
34. ESTUARY.
At the estuary,
did the river await the sea
or the sea awaited the river?
35. THE SHRINE
Oh God,
The shrine you drew for me
when you were a child,
had neither windows nor doors.
Outside,
not even a flower plant
could be seen.
You drew me as a donkey
and tied me to a thorny tree
in the yard.
