The wind shall blow for all eternity
Nihal Sahu
The wind blows,
It’s soft whistle,
Echoing through my heart.
I shall never know whether or not,
But whatever I say my heart
Shall not hold it to the extent, Love.
I sit in a meadow calm and beautiful,
The wind blows gently ,
He sits beside me ,
His face a perfect sculpture,
I see through his soul
whole and pure
“Could you hold it“
He asked in a high soprano,
With those words he turned around and left me
Leaving the wind to blow
A fierce storm
Where it shall blow,
For all eternity.
