Exchange Between Mother and Daughter
Jean Anaporte-Easton

1 March 2003

At 10:55 am on the east coast of
North America, saying goodbye before
the minute of universal meditation
and prayer to forestall the war which
will come, the daughter says, “I love
you with my whole cellular structure.”
“All the twisted ladders of my DNA,”
the mother replies, “lean toward you.”
