For A Wise Man

Farideh Hassan Zadeh( Mostafavi)

    I sent you every night
    Love poems
    Pain poems
    Heart poems.

    Without  hearing their sigh
You did smell them word by word
    quite like a dog
To see  whether they are truth  or lie .

I wish you simply read them
    With your heart.

You proved  you are wise ,
    As wise as a snake.
    No woman can deceive you,
Even with true  tears in the eyes.

I wish you were  naively   innocent
    As innocent as a dove
    To see  only  the seeds of love;

my hands sowed for you every night
    love poems
    pain poems
    heart poems .
